Location: Glastonbury, CT (Daily commute required) – company truck provided to travel from headquarters to job sites.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Gutter Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of carpentry experience with a strong understanding of gutter installation best practices. As a Gutter Installer, you will be responsible for removing old gutter systems, installing new ones, conducting minor carpentry repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of related carpentry experience

Must be insurable and possess a valid driver’s license

Excellent communication skills

Project planning experience is a plus

Must be organized and able to handle changing priorities

Customer service skills are essential

Ability to work 10-hour days outdoors

Prepared for Connecticut weather/seasons

Ability to lift at least 60 lbs

Responsibilities:

Remove old gutter systems

Design, Create, Install new gutter systems

Install gutter guards

Clean gutter systems

Conduct minor carpentry repairs

Complete all authorized work in a timely manner while protecting the customer's property from damage

Provide daily detailed reporting on job progress

Deliver exceptional customer service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and shop

Pay: $22.26 - $26.81 per hour
